When you contact us at Better Homes Yorkshire (a trading name of ENGIE Regeneration Limited) you can be assured that your privacy is important to us. Your personal data will only be used for the above purposes by Better Homes Yorkshire, and will be shared within the ENGIE group of companies (including its successors).  Where you enter into a contract with us, we will share your information with our nominated suppliers and contractors in order for us to provide the relevant goods or services. We may also share your information with relevant Local Authorities

When you contact us, we will only retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry. If you choose to enter into a contract with us, we will retain your information for no more than 24 months after the completion of the relevant works.

Where we pass your information to third parties, they will not use your information for general marketing purposes without your consent.

The ENGIE group is committed to keeping your personal data secure. Your personal data is held by ENGIE Regeneration Limited, on servers located within the European Economic Area. (Please note that in exceptional circumstances your personal data may also be processed by staff outside the EEA who work for one of our suppliers in the provision of support services).
